AGIA PARASKEVI - The  Lower House, Sleeps 6 in 3 double/twin bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 shower room and a cloakroom, kitchen, sitting room , large front veranda , back terrace BBQ area, Swimming pool and bunkhouse.

This house is built in the style of the local churches, with its veranda encompassing the front of the house and providing the shade to keep it cool on the hottest days.

Most of the materials again came from the surrounding forest and with its mature wisteria entwined around the veranda help it blend into its environment. It was the first of the houses to be completed in the late 1970’s but again finished a complete renovation in 2005.

Inside

As you enter the front door from the veranda the kitchen is on your right this is equipped with hob, coffee making facilities, kettle, toaster, fridge and kitchen table.

To the left is the sitting room with 3 sets of double doors that can be opened onto the veranda. It has an open fire for the cooler spring and autumn evenings. It has plenty of seating and Sky TV DVD and Video. Straight ahead is the staircase that takes you up to a large hall leading off is a double/twin room with its own shower room. 

Further down the hall is a double and twin/double sharing a bathroom with shower 

Outside

The large front veranda is the perfect place to take breakfast while the back BBQ area is a great place for large groups to sit and congregate while playing backgammon cards etc.

The house is surrounded by lush green lawns thanks to the numerous and plentiful springs that surround the Mitzela The immaculate dry stone walls lace the terraces filled with Olive, cherry and pistachio trees.

The pool is located 2 terraces down below the house it has a vine covered pergola with shady hammocks. Just along from the pool set into the wall are two hot water showers with views out across the sea. The terrace with the pool is also edged with fig trees delicious in August and September. As you come down the drive tucked away on the right is the managers, chef's and Laundry accommodation also our vegetable garden and orchard.
